Official contest rules
Texas Latin Radio occasionally runs contests, sweepstakes and giveaways. Each promotion may have additional specific rules published on its own page. The following general rules apply unless otherwise stated.
1. Sponsor
ATX Marketing Group, with principal address in Austin, Texas, is the sponsor of the contests. For legal matters, write to [email protected].
2. Eligibility
- Open only to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older (or 21+ if the prize includes alcohol).
- Employees of ATX Marketing Group, their immediate family and business partners are not eligible.
- Where prohibited by local law, the contest is void.
3. How to enter
Each contest specifies the entry method (on-air call, site form, social media message, etc.). No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Prizes
Prize details, estimated value and restrictions are published in each contest. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless the sponsor states otherwise. Taxes and tax obligations are the winner's responsibility.
5. Winner selection and notification
Winners are chosen by random drawing among valid entries unless the contest specifies another mechanism. The winner will be contacted using the information they provided. If they do not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner is selected.
6. Release
By entering, you accept these rules, authorize use of your name and voice in promotional communications related to the contest, and release the sponsor from any claim arising from the prize.
7. Privacy
Personal data collected is used solely to administer the contest and is governed by our privacy policy.
8. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Travis County.

To request the winners list for a specific contest, write to [email protected] within 90 days of the contest end date.
