Texas Latin Radio is committed to delivering a digital experience accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we do
- AA color contrast for text and critical UI.
- Keyboard navigation with visible focus and skip-to-content links.
- Accessible labels (
aria-label,alt) on images and controls. - Semantic structure with hierarchical headings and landmarks.
- Forms with explicit labels and clear error messages.
- Keyboard-operable radio player compatible with screen readers.
- Captions / transcripts on podcasts when possible.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content (live video, social media) may not meet every criterion. We are continuously improving and review the experience periodically.
